 Terms and Conditions for the Sale and Redemption of Gift Vouchers

§1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions define the rules for the purchase and redemption of Gift Vouchers offered by „PAWEŁ TUŁA”, ul. Onufrego Zagłoby 41, 54-514 Wrocław, NIP: 8862030842.
2. The Gift Voucher (hereinafter referred to as the Voucher) is a document confirming the conclusion of a service agreement and entitling the holder to use a selected training or recreational service.

 §2 Purchase and Delivery

1. Vouchers are sold electronically via the website glokiemimieczem.pl.
2. Vouchers are digital (virtual) and physical products.
3. Delivery method: The voucher in PDF format is sent automatically to the e-mail address provided by the Customer during the order process, immediately after receiving payment confirmation from the payment operator (Tpay / Elavon).
4. The customer does not incur any delivery costs for a digital Voucher.
5. The voucher, in physical form, is sent via In Post to a parcel locker designated by the customer. The cost of delivery is covered by the buyer.

§3 Validity and Redemption

Expiry Date: Each voucher is valid for **12 months** from the date of purchase.
2. Upon expiry of the validity period, the Voucher shall become void and any unused funds will not be refundable.
3. To redeem the voucher, you must book your service appointment in advance using the booking system on our website or by calling us.

 §4 Withdrawal from the contract and complaints

1. In accordance with current regulations, the Customer, who is a Consumer, has the right to withdraw from the Voucher purchase agreement within **14 days** of the date of its receipt, provided that the Voucher has not been redeemed previously.
2. To withdraw from the contract, please send a statement to the e-mail address: [YOUR E-MAIL].
3. Complaints concerning the purchasing process or issues with receiving the PDF file should be submitted electronically. The company undertakes to consider complaints within 14 working days.
4. In the event of a claim being upheld or withdrawal from the agreement, the refund will be made using the same payment method as used by the Customer.

§5 Data Protection

1. Customer personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and providing services, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
