Meet our family team

It all started with the passion of a single instructor. Today, Glokiem i Mieczem is a complete family project. We’ve combined our unique experiences, personalities, and specialties to create a shooting range open to everyone – from novices seeking a safe introduction to firearms to advanced shooters focusing on dynamic training.

Paweł – Founder, Instructor and Therapist

As a therapist, I know perfectly well that each of us learns at a different pace and comes to the shooting range with different emotions. My role is not to be a drill sergeant, but to create a space where you will feel absolutely safe and confident from the first minute. On the range, I teach composure, calmness, and focus, completely removing unnecessary pressure from you.
I conduct both casual recreational shooting sessions for beginners and advanced individual training. I firmly believe that you cannot lead others to a place you haven’t been yourself. Therefore, I continuously train and develop my skills – all to be the best support and guide for you at every stage of learning.

Justyna – Instructor, Lifestyle Manager
Family Specialist

I work as a Lifestyle Manager on a day-to-day basis, and I bring my experience in looking after comfort and life balance straight to the shooting range. I'm changing the image of this sport – I'm proving that a shooting range isn't just a harsh, male environment, but also a fantastic and safe space for women's passions.
I specialise in stress-free introductions to the world of firearms for newcomers, completely removing any initial tension they may feel. I oversee the coordination of all our shooting packages; however, my true specialty is working with couples and entire families. I ensure that partners, fathers with children, and groups of friends feel 100% at ease with us and finish their shooting experience with a huge smile.

Kuba – Dynamics Instructor and Creator Beardman_TM

I am here to show you the modern, dynamic side of shooting in a fascinating and understandable way. I conduct specialised training here (including the Pistol Base series), ensuring that even the most difficult techniques are explained simply, with a huge dose of patience and positive energy.
Alongside training, under the pseudonym Berdman™I run a YouTube channel where I passionately test and review firearms, optics, and accessories. If you want to take your firearms handling to the next level, are looking for honest gear advice, or simply want to catch the shooting bug – we'll get along great. Let's meet on the range!
